I wish the dormitory i had in college to look like this and the guys living there right now to enjoy living in a nice and modern way. I noted this project for my own inspiration which will be used in the future projects.

We are introducing @BejuBeru.ro a new topic which is hot right now ELECTRIC SHIT by showing the best out there. This is the MotoCzysz E1PC. It is electric. It is almost certainly the most advanced motorcycle on the planet. And it is the future.
This bike is bad-ass, no two ways about it. It has a custom-built 12.5 kilowatt-hour lithium polymer battery that can be swapped in seconds. The custom-built, oil-cooled motor generates 100 horsepower (continuous). It all hangs from a custom frame.
Take a closer look again at the pics. You’re looking at the future of motorcycling.
In case you run out of ideas for your workspace we have some for you!

NASA selected 15 patches as finalists, which were then voted on by NASA employees and winnowed down by a committee. The People’s Choice winner above was also the judge’s selection.

Why can’t we get cars like this?” – Now that’s a nice comment on an american website. Yes, you can, you can just be jealous cause my mother will be driving a new Polo in a short time.

The 2010 Vancouver Olympics has yet another feather to add to their cap – they now have the greenest neighborhood in the world. Millennium Waters, the Olympic Athlete’s Village located on Southeast False Creek across from the BC Place Stadium, received LEED Platinum Certification for the entire neighborhood as well as LEED Gold status for all of the buildings included. Millennium Water is only the second neighborhood to receive LEED Platinum status, with the first being Dockside Green in Victoria, British Columbia.
During the Olympics, the neighborhood, which was formerly an industrial site, houses about 2,600 athletes and coaches. After the Olympics end, the neighborhood becomes Millennium Water, a mixed-used residential and commercial neighborhood. Individuals will be able to buy condos in the passively designed buildings, most of which will be high end real estate, but the project does include some affordable housing
